Output Quality Assurance
AI-generated deliverables may lack uniqueness, may contain imperfections, or may not satisfy every conceivable application scenario. Lyria3 provides no assurance that content produced through our platform will be devoid of defects or appropriate for any specific intended purpose.
Acceptable Use Standards
You covenant that your utilization of our Services shall not:

Through the submission of User Materials, you confer upon Lyria3 a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free, sublicensable authorization to utilize, duplicate, adapt, exhibit, and process your User Materials exclusively for delivering, maintaining, and enhancing the Services.
AI-Generated Deliverables
Unless constrained by governing law, you may employ AI-generated musical compositions for personal, commercial, or professional applications, contingent upon these Terms. You assume complete responsibility for ensuring your utilization of AI-generated content conforms with all pertinent legal frameworks and third-party entitlements.
Distribution Controls
Unless you explicitly elect to publicly distribute a generated composition, our platform shall not disseminate your User Materials or generated audio without your prior consent.
Financial Transactions and Credits
Credit-Based Access Model
Lyria3 operates a credit-mediated system facilitating access to specific platform features. Each generation instance (such as musical composition or audio production) consumes credits commensurate with parameters including duration and quality specifications.
Recurring Subscription Options
You may acquire credits individually or enroll in recurring subscription arrangements. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled prior to the renewal date.
Pricing Modifications
Lyria3 retains the authority to adjust pricing structures, credit consumption rates, or subscription conditions at any time. Revised pricing becomes effective upon publication and applies prospectively to subsequent transactions.
Payment Handling
All financial transactions are facilitated by independent payment processing vendors. Lyria3 does not retain complete payment card information on our infrastructure.
Reimbursement Policy
The majority of transactions, encompassing subscription charges and credit purchases, are non-reversible due to the immediate delivery of digital products and AI-generated materials. Reimbursements may be granted in extraordinary circumstances鈥攕uch as duplicate billing attributable to technical malfunctions or system failures preventing access to paid features鈥攁t Lyria3's exclusive discretion. Complimentary trial credits or promotional credits carry no monetary value and cannot be refunded. Approved reimbursements are processed exclusively through the original payment channel.
Intellectual Property Protections
All platform content excluding user submissions鈥攊ncluding Lyria3's proprietary software, platform features, textual content, graphical elements, brand identities, imagery, and exclusive technologies鈥攊s either owned by or licensed to Lyria3 and safeguarded by intellectual property legislation.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or develop derivative works based upon Lyria3's proprietary content without obtaining express written authorization.
Data Privacy Practices
Your platform usage is additionally subject to our Privacy Policy, which details our practices regarding personal information collection and utilization.

Service Termination Provisions

Indemnification Obligations
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lyria3 and its executive officers, directors, personnel, and representatives from any allegations, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your platform utilization
- Your User Materials submissions
- Your contravention of these Terms
